Been hearing all the “buzz” about all the new choices for living in downtown Hartford? Find out what it’s all about by joining us on the Downtown Living! tour. Don’t miss this rare chance to view downtown apartments and condos  – some that have been newly created and some that have been residences for over a 100 years. 

Participants will start at the Old State House to pick up their tour program (their ticket for the day) and will then take a self-guided tour of some of the downtown’s premier residences:

• model and amenities at Spectra Boutique Apartments
• model at 777 Main
• residence at The Metropolitan (266 Pearl)
• the penthouse at 55 on the Park (55 Trumbull)
• historic town home on Linden Place
• historic town home on Capitol Avenue

All the proceeds from the Downtown Living! tour will be used to fund the programs and advocacy of the Hartford Preservation Alliance.

PLEASE NOTE:
Free on-street parking is available in Hartford on Saturdays. Standard weekend rates will apply at private off street parking lots (ex. ProPark and LAZ). HPA is not responsible for parking fees or fines of attendees.
